Customer: Saft America – Valdese, NC
Job Description: Demo and remove existing 300 ton Trane water cooled centrifugal chiller. Provide and install one 300 ton Trane water cooled screw chiller. Perform all necessary chilled water and condenser water piping. Install new power and control wiring. Tie controls from new chiller into existing system. Upgrade equipment room with refrigerant monitor and exhaust system.
Job was completed over a three week period.

Job Name: Bradley Middle School
Job Description: Demo and remove existing 200 ton McQuay air cooled chiller. Provide and install one 200 ton Trane air cooled chiller. Perform all necessary chilled water piping. Install new power and control wiring. Tie controls from new chiller into existing system. Because the jobsite was located at a school, special attention was paid to insure the safety of the students. The crane and all the heavy rigging was scheduled during a school holiday or after hours.
Job was completed over a one week period of time.

Job Description: Demo and remove existing 320 ton McQuay water cooled chiller. Provide and install one 320 ton Trane water cooled chiller. Remove a section of concrete wall to allow for room for the new chiller. Extend existing concrete to receive new chiller. Perform all necessary chilled water and condenser water piping. Install new power and control wiring. Tie controls from new chiller into existing system. Relocate control air compressor. Because the jobsite was located at a school, special attention was paid to insure the safety of the students. The crane and all the heavy rigging was scheduled during a school holiday or after hours. The chiller was located under the building and precision rigging was required to properly set the new chiller in place.
